It seems that you have a problem in delivering what you were paid for through
EBAY.

Last week, upon advice from the FBI WIRE FRAUD DIVISION I stopped payment on
the 4 money orders we sent to you. They, as well as I, have also alerted your
local law enforcement that should you attempt to cash these money orders you
will be detained and subjected to Federal Wire Fraud "title 18, part 1,
chapter 63, paragraph 1343 which states that you could be subject to a one
million dollar fine and 30 years in prison".

I googled you and you are on their site as an EBAY scammer as well as making
the channel 10 news. Are they wrong?

I do expect that you will reimburse me for the $48 it cost me to stop payment.

Take care of this matter with me and it will require no law enforcement action
from me.

Let me know by noon your time how and when you will reimburse my $48 Western
Union charge.

I am disappointed in your "apparent sincerity" and do not take lightly being
scammed.

I do not believe that I "threatened" your family. What I said was, and I am
sorry if I did not use the proper phraeseology. Since I had not heard from you
and I saw your ebay registration cancelled and the stuff on the net if you did
not respond to my inquiry I would have to take some sort of legal action to
either get the laptops or a refund. If the authorities pursued my claim your
family, if I understand what I have been told by the FBI, would not have had
the luxury of your presence.

well with the 4th district guys so you may have some men in blue shortly
knocking on your door.

Seems that after they reviewed your past 2004 history and all the facts about
my purchase with you, after all you are the one that sold me the laptops on
ebay and cashed my money orders, and Do not give me any bs about it was my
father or someone else, they are most anxious to pursue you for both criminal
and federal violations, mail fraud as well as the IRS looking into your past
tax returns.

I understand that you have 30 days from the date of my bid to ship the
laptops, then I can take legal action.

I highly suggest that you either ship the laptops or overnite a cashiers check
for the amount I sent you prior to September 4th. I will let you slide for my
$54 costs to have Western Union send me the verification that you cashed them.

Monday September 4 is the day I start the ball rolling to either get my $ back
or the laptops or make you a guest of the state or federal government for a
long time.

The only way you can stop me from doing this is to get me the laptops or
refund before September 4th.
