Finally figured out an alternative route to Anaheim from San Diego: 235 bus to Escondido; NCTD 388 to Pala Casino; walk 14 miles to Promenade Mall in Temecula; Riverside County 206 to Corona Transit Center; 200 bus all the way to Anaheim's ARTIC station. Now just have to make sure Megabus will go to ARTIC from San Francisco as it used to.
