tonight I made fried chicken right for the first time; before I've always undercooked it. I used a plain dry flour coating rather than batter, and I fried it for 10 minutes. perfect. plus I made two cheese empanadas and an unsweetened donut out of kneaded wheat dough. with a Pacifico Ballena, it made a satisfying meal.
