if you've seen the netmeme about soaking orange peels in vinegar to make a cleansing solvent, you may have been skeptical, as I was, as to its efficacy, since vinegar is unlikely to be able to extract much of the D-limonene. however, I finally tried it, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it does a fair job of cleaning adhesive residues. not nearly as well as pure orange oil, of course, but still useful.
