when I was headed north on Lincoln Ave. yesterday, coming to the end of the MUP there was a sign that said something like "END OF TRAIL. WALK BIKES BEYOND THIS POINT". thing is, it was a city street beyond that point, on which bikes are legally allowed to operate. how is it legal to put up an official-looking sign that prohibits something legal?
